Bank of England Hikes Interest Rates Again Amid Ongoing Inflation Concerns
The Bank of England has raised interest rates by 0.25% to 1.5%, citing inflation concerns.
This is the eighth consecutive rate hike, with a total increase of 2.75% since March last year.
The bank's governor, Andrew Bailey, said that 'a significant majority' of firms expect price rises to continue in the coming months.
