Belarus Rubel Strengthens Against Key Currencies at BCSE

The Belarusian rubel has strengthened against several major currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE), according to data from September 22. It has climbed to 3.0151 against the US dollar, 3.4493 per euro, and 4.5061 per 10 yuan. However, it dropped to 3.5986 per 100 Russian rubles during this period.

Last week, the rubel gained 0.15 percent against the dollar, 0.25 percent against the yuan, 1.2 percent against the euro, and 0.34 percent against the Russian ruble. In contrast, it lost 4.72 percent against the dollar in the first eight months of 2026.

The Belarusian currency's fluctuations at the BCSE have been observed over time, with various trends emerging throughout the year.
