Belarusian Rubel Continues Decline Against Major Currencies
The Belarusian rubel continued its decline against major currencies on August 12 at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
The rubel fell to 2.9564 against the US dollar, a decrease of 0.37 percent in the first seven months of 2026.
Against the euro, the rubel dropped to 3.4184, while it weakened by 1.47 percent against the dollar and 2.3 percent against the yuan over the previous week (August 3, August 7).
The Belarusian currency also climbed to 3.606 per 100 Russian rubles.
