Belarusian Rubel Gains Ground Against Key Currencies
The Belarusian rubel has shown strength against several major currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE). As of September 16, it is trading at 3.0228 against the US dollar, up from a drop in value earlier this year.
Compared to last week, the rubel rose by 1.54 percent against the dollar, by 1.59 percent against the yuan, and by 1.97 percent against the euro. However, it dropped by 1.17 percent against the Russian ruble.
The rubel's performance is a mixed bag, but overall, its value has increased against several major currencies in recent times.
