Bitcoin's Market Cap May Rise Indefinitely Amid Dollar Debt Crisis
Strive CEO Matt Cole believes that the worsening U.S. dollar debt crisis could drive up Bitcoin's market capitalization indefinitely, rather than its scarcity.
Cole argued on Bloomberg TV that the key driver behind this potentially limitless growth is not supply-side constraints, but rather the risk of a collapse in fiat currency credibility.
According to Woofun AI, Cole projects Bitcoin's compound annual growth rate to reach 50% by 2030, which he believes is a conservative estimate. This forecast comes despite the fact that long-term interest rates have remained stable thanks to intervention by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
However, Bessent's actions are seen as only delaying the onset of a crisis, as both parties in Washington have no intention of cutting spending.
