BOA Predicts Euro to Reach $1.15 by Year-End 2026

Bank of America has released its latest currency forecast, predicting that the euro will reach $1.15 against the US dollar by the end of 2026 and $1.20 by the end of 2027.

The bank's outlook, published in a report titled 'G10 FX back-to-school: dollar unloaded' on September 8, 2026, also suggests that the dollar will finish the year near current levels against most G10 currencies, excluding the Japanese yen, before resuming modest depreciation in 2027.

This forecast is in line with Bank of America's view that dollar movements across major developed-market currencies will be significant over the next 15 months.
