The proposals cover fee rates to meet the BoE's funding requirement for its Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) supervisory activity, as well as proposed hourly rates for special project fees in 2026/27.

The consultation is relevant to operators of recognised payment systems and specified service providers who pay or will pay FMI supervisory fees to the BoE, as well as prospective Digital Settlement Asset (DSA) service providers and their specified service providers.

The deadline for responding to the consultation paper is 22 October 2026.
