Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier pushed back against President Donald Trump's threat to block its sales in the US unless it expands manufacturing there.

The latest clash comes as Canada and the US endure another round of reciprocal tariffs, with Trump singling out Bombardier on social media saying 'If they want our Market, they must build here.'

Bombardier responded by detailing its extensive American operations and supply chain, stating it employs workers in over 20 states, operates facilities in multiple locations, and has a supply chain that includes roughly 2,800 US companies.

The company also emphasized its commitment to investing in people, customers, and communities across the country, with Quebec Economy Minister Christine Fréchette offering her support for Bombardier as 'a source of pride for Quebec.'
