Bruce Power Suppliers Sign Pledge to Support Canada's Economy

Over 100 suppliers of Bruce Power have agreed to support Canada's economy by committing to five key principles. These principles include buying from Canadian suppliers whenever possible, working with Canadian companies to expand the supply chain, and retraining workers impacted by tariff-related job losses.

The commitment was made at a two-day supply chain summit for Bruce Power suppliers on September 15-16. The move is seen as a response to US economic pressure on Canada.

Bruce Power's ongoing life-extension program has generated significant investment and jobs in Canada, with the company creating approximately 27,000 direct and indirect jobs annually across Ontario and Canada.
