Canada Unveils Legislation to Accelerate Infrastructure Projects

According to Prime Minister Mark Carney, 'Canada is building big and creating certainty for a stronger, more competitive, and independent Canadian economy.' The legislation has been informed by cross-country engagement with workers, unions, employers, Indigenous Peoples, provinces, and territories. It is seen as a key step in unlocking Canada's full economic potential.
