Caterpillar Renews $3.5B Credit Facility, Extends Existing Lines
Caterpillar has renewed and expanded its liquidity framework by securing a new $3.5 billion unsecured 364-day revolving credit facility with multicurrency options.
The company has also extended its existing $3.0 billion three-year and $5.0 billion five-year revolving credit facilities to 2029 and 2031, respectively.
The new 364-day facility allows borrowing in pounds sterling, euros, and Japanese yen within the aggregate commitment, offering Caterpillar additional currency flexibility.
Citibank serves as the agent for all three agreements, while MUFG Bank is the Japan Local Currency Agent for the $3.5 billion 364-day facility.
