Digital Realty Raises Swiss Franc and Euro Notes for Green and Corporate Goals
On October 6, 2026, Digital Realty Trust, Inc. announced the initiation of a Euro-denominated notes offering through its subsidiary, Digital Euro Finco, LLC. The offering, which is still pending final terms and pricing, is designed to support Eligible Green Projects, including renewable energy, green building, and clean transportation initiatives. The expected net proceeds from these notes, after deducting managers' commissions and offering expenses, are approximately CHF508.4 million.
Both the Euro and Swiss Franc Notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Digital Realty Trust, Inc. and its operating partnership. The Swiss Franc Notes also carry an additional guarantee from Digital Intrepid Holding B.V. These offerings are not registered under the Securities Act and cannot be offered or sold in the U.S. without registration or an exemption.
