The US dollar remained stable in Pakistan on September 16, 2026, with an open-market buying rate of Rs277.9 and a selling rate of Rs278.45 against the Pakistani rupee.

The euro was priced at Rs321.56 for buying and Rs325.53 for selling, while the British pound sterling stood at Rs375.59 for buying and Rs379.78 for selling.

The UAE dirham and Saudi riyal remained attractive to Pakistani workers, travellers, and families receiving remittances from the Gulf region.
