Dollar Index Edges Down Amid Late Trading
The U.S. dollar remained relatively stable in late trading on Thursday, experiencing only minor fluctuations.
The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, dipped by a mere 0.01 percent to 99.159 at 15:00 (1900 GMT).
In New York trading, the euro and British pound both saw slight decreases, falling to 1.1649 U.S. dollars and 1.3589 dollars respectively.
