Dollar Surges Against Iraqi Dinar as Trading Session Opens

The US dollar experienced an increase in value against the Iraqi dinar on Monday's trading session.

According to a market survey conducted by Shafaq News, the dollar traded at 156,000 dinars per 100 dollars in Baghdad's Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges, up from the previous session's rate of 155,250 dinars.

In the Iraqi capital, exchange shops sold the dollar at 156,500 dinars and bought it at 155,500 dinars, while in Erbil, selling prices stood at 156,300 dinars and buying prices at 156,200 dinars.
