The US dollar surged against the Iraqi dinar in Baghdad and Erbil on Saturday, October 3. The exchange rates reached as high as 157,300 dinars per $100 at the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya central exchanges in Baghdad.

In comparison to morning trading, this represents a slight increase from 157,250 dinars. Exchange shops in Baghdad kept their retail rates unchanged, selling $100 for 157,750 dinars and buying it for 156,750 dinars.

The dollar also rose in Erbil, with exchange shops selling $100 for 157,550 dinars and buying it for 157,500 dinars. These fluctuations demonstrate the ongoing market dynamics between the US dollar and the Iraqi dinar.
