ECB Launch Bolsters Case for Crypto Projects Linking Blockchain Value to Established Finance
The European Central Bank has launched Pontes, a service that connects its payment system with blockchain-based financial markets. This development strengthens the case for crypto projects that connect blockchain value with established finance.
Ethereum, Chainlink, and Remittix are three different routes into this trend. Ethereum is the leading public network for tokenized assets and institutional blockchain experiments. ETH recently held above $2,700 after spot ETFs attracted approximately $270 million in one day.
Chainlink supplies oracle services and cross-chain connectivity used by financial institutions and blockchain applications. Its opportunity depends on usage translating into token demand, and competing interoperability standards remain a risk.
Remittix takes institutional blockchain progress to the consumer and business level. Its planned network converts more than 50 cryptocurrencies into over 30 fiat currencies and settles the result into supported bank accounts. RTX costs $0.21 before the next $0.23 stage, with the presale approaching 90% completion.
The launch of Pontes and Remittix's progress toward its next major milestone may have investors looking at these projects as potential buys.
