enCore Energy Chairman Buys 125K Shares in Open-Market Purchase
William M. Sheriff, Executive Chairman of enCore Energy (EU), has increased his direct and indirect holdings in the company by purchasing a total of 125,000 shares through open-market purchases on September 18, 2026.
The purchase price was $0.81 per share, based on a CAD-to-USD exchange-rate conversion using the Bank of Canada's daily average exchange rate on that date.
This transaction brings Sheriff's direct holdings to 1,662,169 shares and his indirect holdings through his spouse to 75,000 shares.
