EUR/BDT Price Sits Below Key Moving Averages Amid Moody's Upgrade
The Euro (EUR) is trading at BDT141.165 against the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), following a modest daily decline. The price remains below its key moving averages, with the MA-20 and MA-50 sitting above it on the hourly chart.
Moody's recent upgrade of Bangladesh's sovereign outlook to stable from negative has bolstered the policy credibility of the Bangladeshi Taka. Improved currency flexibility and record-high remittance inflows are contributing to macroeconomic stability.
The EUR/BDT price is expected to remain under pressure, with a narrow trading range anticipated over the next several sessions. The Ichimoku Kijun at BDT141.764 marks immediate resistance on the daily chart, and a close above this level would be necessary for a sustained upward move.
