EUR/USD Bounces as Oil Prices Fall Amid US-Iran Talks

The EUR/USD currency pair rebounded slightly on Friday after coming under pressure in recent weeks. The rally was triggered by reports that the US and Iran were resuming talks, causing oil prices to fall back below $100 per barrel.

This relieved some pressure on currencies of economies reliant on oil imports, including the euro and the Japanese yen.

Looking ahead, investors will be monitoring oil prices, inflation data from the Eurozone, and employment indicators from the US. The US Core PCE Price Index is due to be released on Wednesday, September 30, which could impact rate expectations.

The EUR/USD has reached an important support area around 1.1350-1.1400, and if this level holds, it could lead to a rebound in the currency pair.
