Euro Falls 0.57% as Rouble Gains Ground on September 18
The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan set the official exchange rate for the US dollar at 87.45 KGS on September 18, a day that saw minimal change in this figure.
The euro, however, took a hit, falling by approximately 0.57 per cent to 100.3358 KGS from its previous value of 100.9086 KGS. This represents the most significant change among major currencies for September 18.
The Russian rouble strengthened slightly, rising by 0.30 per cent to 1.0388 KGS from 1.0357 KGS. The Kazakh tenge also saw a minor increase of about 0.05 per cent, reaching 0.1967 KGS from 0.1966 KGS.
The Chinese yuan experienced the smallest fluctuation, decreasing by just 0.006 per cent to 13.0371 KGS from its previous value of 13.0379 KGS.
