Eurozone Bond Yields Fall with Treasuries Amid Oil Price Slump

The Eurozone government bond market saw yields decline in early trade on July 28, mirroring the downward trend of US Treasury yields. This comes as oil prices continue to slide amid ongoing efforts to resolve the conflict in the Middle East.

The Netherlands and Italy are scheduled to hold government bond auctions on Tuesday, which could provide further insight into market sentiment. However, the economic data calendar is relatively light this week, with key indicators such as flash estimate inflation for July and first estimate GDP for the second quarter set to be released later in the week.

The 10-year Bund yield dropped by 2.1 basis points to 3.105%, according to LSEG.
