Eurozone Inflation Revised Down to 3.2%
Inflation in the eurozone has been revised down to 3.2% in August, according to the latest data from AFP.
This is lower than the initial estimate of 3.3% published on September 1 and marks a slight decrease from July's rate of 2.9%
The European Central Bank (ECB) has been keeping a close eye on inflation, which remains above its target of 2%. The ECB raised interest rates for the second time this year last week amid concerns that renewed fighting in the Middle East could fuel further price growth.
