A recent poll conducted by Expats.cz has shed light on the opinions of its readers on various social and economic issues. One of the most striking results was that 92 percent of respondents supported tougher penalties for those who put zoo animals at risk, while 73 percent backed automatic deportation for foreigners convicted of serious crimes.

The poll also found that a significant majority, 63 percent, were in favor of proposed restrictions on alcohol, energy drinks, and psychoactive hemp products. However, when it came to the Czech crown's status as the country's official currency, opinions were more divided, with 59 percent still wanting to keep the euro option open despite a proposed constitutional amendment to protect the crown.

Notably, 48 percent of respondents believed that parents should not be naked around their young children. This poll provides valuable insights into the views of expats and locals alike on various issues affecting Czech society.
