The Federal Reserve's (Fed) FOMC meeting minutes for July 2026 are set to be released today at 2:00 PM ET, giving markets a full readout of the Fed's decision-making process.

Three regional presidents - Beth Hammack, Neel Kashkari, and Lorie Logan - dissented in favor of raising interest rates, making this one of the more closely watched Fed meeting minutes releases in months.

Crypto markets are showing a cautious tone ahead of the release, with Bitcoin price sitting around $64,215, roughly flat on the day but up close to 1% over the week. The Fear and Greed Index is at 41, in neutral territory.

The Fed's rate decision for 2026 path is still uncertain, with traders lining up for clues on the next move. A more hawkish outcome could lead to a sharp sell-off, while a dovish surprise might trigger a market rally.
