Federal Reserve Banking Expert Oversees Charles Schwab's Supervision Function

Christina Tully, an assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, oversees the supervision function for Charles Schwab Corp. (CSC) and its three state member banks within the Eleventh Federal Reserve District's large banking organization portfolio.

Tully previously held various roles in market risk management over traded products, capital analysis, and Basel II operational risk governance at the Federal Reserve banks of New York and San Francisco.

She was also extensively involved in the implementations of the Comprehensive Capital and Analysis Review and the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test, spending three years as the Federal Reserve System lead of the CCAR operational risk evaluation team.

Tully holds a B.S. in physics from Fordham University and an M.A. in mathematics of finance from Columbia University.
