FTSE 100 Rallies on Weak US Payrolls, Fed Hike Bets Eased
Global stocks saw an uptick on Friday as weak U.S. payrolls data dampened expectations of a Federal Reserve rate hike in October.
The FTSE 100 index rose by 0.3%, with Germany's DAX and France's CAC advancing by 1.1% and 0.8%, respectively.
U.S. employers added only 29,000 jobs in September, falling short of the forecasted 90,000.
