Geberit Maintains Sales Outlook Despite First-Half Growth
Geberit AG reported its first-half sales growth in local currencies at 6% on September 29, 2026. The company maintained its 2026 sales outlook of a net sales growth rate of 5-6% in local currencies and an EBITDA margin similar to the previous year's.
In August, Yahoo Finance reported that Geberit AG’s first-half net sales increased 3% to CHF 1.71 billion. The second-quarter net sales rose 7% in Swiss francs to CHF 838 million, while local-currency sales increased 9%. First-half EBITDA increased 3% in Swiss francs and 7% in local currencies.
Geberit also completed its CHF 300 million share-buyback program ahead of schedule in early June. A new program with a maximum volume of CHF 300 million has started since then. The company expects a full-year sales-price effect of around 2.5%. Capital expenditures are expected to be around CHF 200 million.
