Georgian Lari Strengthens Against Dollar and Euro

The Georgian lari has continued its upward trend, as reported by the National Bank of Georgia. Following trading on August 6, the US dollar weakened and fell to 2.6223 lari. This rate remains in effect today at 2.6229 lari.

The euro also experienced a boost, reaching an exchange rate of 3.0264 lari after trading. Its current rate is slightly lower at 3.0260 lari.

The Turkish lira remained unchanged at 0.0551 lari. The exchange rates set today will take effect on August 7, according to the National Bank of Georgia.
