Ghana Cedi Experiences Mixed Movements in Exchange Rates
The Ghanaian cedi has experienced mixed movements against major currencies in the latest exchange rates published by the Bank of Ghana.
The US dollar rose slightly to GH¢11.7150, a marginal increase of about 0.04% from its previous rate of GH¢11.7100.
The pound sterling, however, fell to GH¢15.4521, representing a decline of about 0.50% from its previous rate of GH¢15.5298.
The euro recorded the largest decline among the three currencies, dropping to GH¢13.1496 and experiencing a fall of about 0.97% from its previous rate of GH¢13.2785.
