Global X Investments Canada has introduced a new suite of lightly-leveraged single-stock ETFs called PowerStock ETFs. Launched on October 14, these ETFs offer Canadians enhanced exposure to six prominent companies: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, NVIDIA, SpaceX, and Tesla. Each ETF targets 33% additional exposure to its underlying stock, meaning investors get approximately $133 of stock exposure for every $100 invested. The ETFs trade in Canadian dollars and hedge foreign currency exposure back to the Canadian dollar, magnifying both gains and losses compared to holding the stock directly.
