Iran Releases Updated Currency Exchange Rates for September 28
The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has released updated currency exchange rates for September 28. According to the CBI, the value of 45 foreign currencies increased compared to September 27.
The official rate for $1 is now set at 1,728,507 rials, while one euro costs 1,971,536 rials. This marks a slight increase from the previous day's rates, with the euro rising from 1,956,316 rials to 1,971,536 rials.
The CBI has adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, which reflects the new exchange rates. On the black market, $1 is currently worth around 2,35-2,38 million rials, and one euro is valued at 2,67-2,70 million rials.
