The Central Bank of Iran has released the official exchange rates for foreign currencies as of September 26. The value of 20 currencies rose compared to September 24, while 18 fell.
The official rate for $1 stood at 1,706,268 rials, and one euro was valued at 1,944,781 rials. On the black market, $1 is worth approximately 2.33-2.36 million rials, while one euro costs about 2.66-2.69 million rials.
