Iran's Central Bank Releases New Exchange Rates Amid Currency Volatility

The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has released the official exchange rates for foreign currencies as of September 5. According to the CBI's announced rates, the value of 44 currencies went up compared to September 3.

The US dollar is valued at 1,605,024 rials, while one euro is worth 1,864,827 rials. This represents a slight increase from September 3, when the euro was priced at 1,855,051 rials.

On the black market, the value of currencies can vary significantly. One dollar is currently trading for around 2.20-2.23 million rials, while one euro is worth approximately 2.56-2.59 million rials.
