Iran's Currency Exchange Rates Surge for 46 Currencies

The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has released the official exchange rates for foreign currencies as of August 15. The CBI's announced rates show that 46 currencies have increased in value compared to August 15.

According to the data, one US dollar is valued at 1,536,655 rials, while one euro is worth 1,774,698 rials. These exchange rates are higher than those on August 15, when the euro was priced at 1,774,698 rials.

The CBI has also adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 1,797,936 rials and $1 costs 1,554,280. On the black market, however, the dollar is trading at around 1.87-1.90 million rials, while one euro is worth 2.16-2.19 million rials.
