Irvinestown Man Charged with Counterfeit Currency and Tendering Fake Notes

An Irvinestown man has been charged with having counterfeit currency and tendering fake notes in two separate incidents, according to Enniskillen Magistrates Court.

Adrian Dilworth (52) of Townhill Park, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh is accused of possessing a quantity of counterfeit Bank of England notes on September 15th. He also faces charges related to tendering two fake notes on September 13th in two separate occasions.

The defence barrister representing Dilworth stated that the defendant will plead not guilty to the charges. The case has been adjourned until October 5th to schedule a hearing date.
