Junglia Okinawa Theme Park Parent Logs 17.3 Billion Yen Loss
The parent company of Junglia Okinawa Theme Park has reported a significant net loss. Japan Entertainment Holdings, the parent company, posted a net loss of 17.3 billion yen for its first business year since the theme park opened in July 2025.
The financial difficulties led to drastic measures being taken to improve the business. In a statement, CEO Takeshi Kato reassured customers and partners that the loss would not affect their services or contracts. He stated, 'We will continue to operate as usual.'
Junglia Okinawa Theme Park was planned by Katana Inc., a marketing company based in Osaka, western Japan. The park straddles the village of Nakijin and the city of Nago.
