KakaoBank's Random Currency Giveaway Aims to Boost Foreign Exchange Services

KakaoBank is holding an event for its foreign currency account customers. The 'Random draw and receive foreign currency' event will run through September 20 for foreign currency account customers.

The event supports nine currencies, including U.S. dollars, Japanese yen, euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, British pounds, Hong Kong dollars, and Singapore dollars.

Customers can participate by pressing the 'Draw and receive foreign currency' button on the event page in the KakaoBank app. The awarded currency is deposited immediately into the foreign currency account.

If a friend participates for the first time through the event share link, customers also receive one additional draw. Among customers who collect at least three currencies, KakaoBank will select 100 winners by lottery and pay them $100 each.
