NaBFID Aims for $1 Billion in Debut US Dollar Bond Sale
India's National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) plans to raise $1 billion through its debut U.S. dollar-denominated bond issuance, according to merchant bankers.
The bank has provided initial price guidance for the 10-year bond sale, indicating a spread of 130 basis points over the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield.
NaBFID aims to raise $4 billion by the end of 2026 and has already secured $850 million through external commercial borrowing in August.
