The Nasdaq futures led Wall Street to gains on Friday as a decline in oil prices alleviated inflation worries.

This comes after a busy week for investors, with an interest rate hike from the Federal Reserve and comments from Chair Kevin Warsh regarding the future trajectory of borrowing costs.

Additionally, top industry executives urged a slowdown in AI development this week, although there is little clarity on what such a slowdown would look like.

The recent strength of S&P 500 earnings growth has raised concerns about an 'earnings bubble', according to Goldman Sachs' chief US equity strategist Ben Snider.

'Our base case is for S&P 500 earnings growth to decelerate, not collapse, in coming years,' Snider wrote.
