National Bank of Canada Closes $750M Institutional NVCC Preferred Shares Offering
National Bank of Canada has successfully closed its institutional NVCC preferred shares offering, raising $750 million. The Series 52 Preferred Shares were issued under a prospectus supplement dated September 15, 2026, to National Bank's short form base shelf prospectus dated September 2, 2026.
The Series 52 Preferred Shares have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or under any state securities laws. As a result, they may only be offered, sold, directly or indirectly, to non-U.S. investors who are sophisticated and knowledgeable about the risks involved.
