Nationwide Building Society Lists AUD 1bn in Floating Rate Covered Bonds

Nationwide Building Society has issued AUD 1 billion in floating rate covered bonds due September 2031. The Series 2026-09 bonds were listed on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market and carry the ISIN AU3FN0114583.

The securities are registered Australian dollar-denominated with a maturity date in September 2031. Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP provides an irrevocable and unconditional guarantee for payment of principal and interest on the bonds.

This issuance forms part of Nationwide's €45 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, which has a published prospectus from June 12, 2026.
