Nepal Rastra Bank Announces Latest Foreign Exchange Rates
Nepal Rastra Bank has set today's foreign exchange rates for various currencies. The central bank determined the purchase and selling rates for US dollars, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, European euros, UK pound sterling, and other international currencies. According to the latest update from Nepal Rastra Bank, one US dollar can be purchased at 153 rupees and 10 paisa, while its selling rate is set at 153 rupees and 70 paisa.
The exchange rates for other major currencies include: Australian dollars (108 rupees 99 paisa purchase, 109 rupees 42 paisa sell), Canadian dollars (109 rupees 44 paisa purchase, 109 rupees 87 paisa sell), European euros (175 rupees 82 paisa purchase, 176 rupees 51 paisa sell), and UK pound sterling (205 rupees 08 paisa purchase, 205 rupees 88 paisa sell).
The central bank emphasizes that these exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary. Commercial banks may also have different exchange rates, which can be found on the Nepal Rastra Bank's website.
