Nepal Rastra Bank Announces Today's Foreign Exchange Rates

The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced today's foreign exchange rates for major currencies. The central bank sets the buying and selling rates for various currencies, including the US dollar, Euro, UK pound sterling, Swiss franc, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Chinese yuan, Saudi Arabian riyal, Qatari riyal, Thai baht, UAE dirham, Malaysian ringgit, South Korean won, Swedish krona, Danish krone, Hong Kong dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar, Omani rial, and Indian rupee.

The buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 152.67, while the selling rate is NPR 152.27. For other currencies, the rates vary, with the Euro having a buying rate of NPR 177.03 and a selling rate of NPR 177.72. The UK pound sterling has a buying rate of NPR 207 and a selling rate of NPR 207.81.

The central bank notes that these exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary, and the updated rates are available on their website. It is also stated that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may vary from those announced by the central bank.
