NRB Publishes Today's Foreign Currency Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published today's foreign currency exchange rates. The central bank has set the buying rate for one US dollar at Rs 153.24, while the selling rate is Rs 153.84.

The exchange rates for other currencies have also been fixed: one euro's buying and selling rates are Rs 176.80 and Rs 177.49 respectively, with the UK pound sterling's rates set at Rs 206.55 for buying and Rs 207.36 for selling. The Swiss franc's rates are Rs 187.37 for buying and Rs 188.10 for selling.

The exchange rates may be revised at any time depending on market conditions, according to NRB. The central bank also notes that the rates offered by commercial banks may differ from the official rates.
