NRB Sets Exchange Rates: Buying Rate for USD at 153 Rupees and 1 Paisa

Nepal's central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), has set today's exchange rates for various foreign currencies. According to the NRB, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at 153 rupees and 1 paisa, while the selling rate is 153 rupees and 61 paisa. The central bank has also determined the exchange rates for other major currencies, including the Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Singapore dollar, European euro, UK pound sterling, Swiss franc, and several others.

The buying and selling rates for these currencies vary, with the highest buying rate being 204 rupees and 78 paisa for one UK pound sterling. The central bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed, and may differ from those set by commercial banks. The updated exchange rates will be available on the NRB's website.
