NZD/USD Slides Amid Chinese Economic Slowdown and US Rate Hike Bets
The New Zealand Dollar (NZD) has been trading lower against the US Dollar (USD), reaching $0.572 and holding near its session low.
This decline is largely attributed to weak economic data from China, which reduces New Zealand's export prospects and diminishes risk appetite.
Expectations of a US Federal Reserve interest rate hike this week have also increased the yield appeal of the USD, adding further headwinds for NZD/USD.
