OPENLANE Subsidiaries Extend Receivables Purchase Facility Termination Dates

OPENLANE, Inc., a Delaware-based company, has extended the termination dates of its receivables purchase facilities for two subsidiaries, Automotive Finance Corporation and Automotive Finance Canada Inc. The amendments were finalized on September 25, 2026, and will now terminate on January 31, 2030, instead of the original January 31, 2028.

The U.S. facility lenders involved in the Second Amendment to the Tenth Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement include Fifth Third Bank, PNC Bank, Truist Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, and U.S. Bank National Association.

Meanwhile, Computershare Trust Company of Canada, BMO Nesbitt Burns, Inc., and Royal Bank of Canada are involved in the Canadian facility's Amendment No. 4 to a separate Receivables Purchase Agreement originally dated March 1, 2023.
