RBA Chief Warns of Potential Interest Rate Hike Due to Rising Inflation
Australia's central bank chief has warned that Australians could face another interest rate hike to combat rising inflation.
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) governor, Philip Lowe, made the statement in a recent interview with The West Australian.
Lowe emphasized that the RBA's primary objective is to keep inflation within its target range of 2-3%, but added that it may be necessary to adjust interest rates again if inflation continues to rise.
