RBC Admits £475M Floating Rate Senior Notes to LSE Trading
Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has admitted £475 million in floating rate senior notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market. The notes, identified as XS3515121302, were issued under RBC's $75 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The final terms for the notes were published on September 21, 2026, and the offering is based on a prospectus dated July 9, 2026. A first supplementary notes base prospectus was dated August 28, 2026.
RBC's admission to trading announcement stated that the notes have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 or U.S. state securities laws. This means they may not be offered, sold, or delivered in the United States or to U.S. persons, subject to certain exceptions.
